Address & directions - How do I obtain your address and directions?
Our address and directions will be sent well in advance of your visit, when we have confirmation of your flight or transport arrangements.

Check-out time - What is your check-out time on the day of departure?
We ask you to check out by 9.45 am on your day of departure.

Check-in time - What is your check-in time for arrivals?
Our normal check-in time is from 4pm onwards - however, earlier arrival is sometimes possible if you tell us before. You are welcome to drop your luggage off earlier, and then return at 4pm to check-in.

Formas de pago - ¿Qué método de pago aceptamos?
Preferimos el pago a través de transferencia bancaria o de cheque nominativo. Para reservas hasta 150 euros, el pago debe ser el total en el momento de la confirmación. Para reservas de más de 150 euros, es necesario entregar un depósito de 90 euros en el momento de la confirmación y el resto dos meses antes de su llegada. Puesto que el negocio es familiar, disculpamos no poder hacer devoluciones en el caso de cancelación por su parte; sin embargo, efectuaríamos la devolución si nosotros tenemos que cancelar la reserva por cualquier causa. Informaremos de las instrucciones de pago al recibir la confirmación de la reserva. (No se puede efectuar el pago online a través de esta página web, ya que preferimos confirmar la disponibilidad por e-mail antes del pago).

Currencies - What currencies do you accept?
We normally accept payment in euros, British pounds and dollars, but can also accept other currencies if you ask us.

Deposit - do you require a deposit?
We ask for a deposit of 150 euros to confirm your booking, with the rest to be paid two months before your arrival.
